Jan Oblak Born, Age, Height, Assists, and Girlfriend Jan Oblak (born January 7, 1993) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for the Spanish club Atletico Madrid and is captain of the Slovenian national team. He is often considered one of the best goalkeepers in the international league. Oblak signed a contract with Portuguese club Benfica at the age of 17 and became part of the team that won the national championship in the 2013-14 season. In 2014, he moved to Atletico Madrid for 16 million euros, becoming the most expensive goalkeeper in La Liga at that time. In the 2015/16 season, he won the Ricardo Zamora Trophy as the best goalkeeper, conceding a record number of goals - 18. He won the award again for the next 3 seasons and for the 5th time in 2021.
